Abstract

The study aimed to find out the role of training in developing the skill of time management among primary school principals, and to achieve the objectives of the study, these were applied to a sample of (24) primary school principals in the state of Bouira, and a questionnaire was applied after and before the training program was applied to them, then the researcher used to analyze the results and testing of its hypotheses , Statistical methods commensurate with the questions and hypotheses of the study in the light of the use of the descriptive analytical approach and the experimental approach. After analyzing the results of the study, there was a statistically significant difference between the average sample degree in the pre and post measurement in the time management skill of school principals. this means that the program Formative a has role in development of the skill of time management.

The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: holding training sessions for all principals of primary schools in the field of time management, the need for managers to use time management tools
