School guidance and counseling A realistic vision in Algerian schools as a model
Abstract
Recently , a great number of modern researchers do not agree on giving a specific definition for psychological counseling .However, most definitions have common points for those views . It has been defined as one of the branches of psychology concerned with the mental health of the individual , and taking care of personal and community consensus to help them solve the problems they face and help in making the right decision to reach the objects.
It is a continuous organization process that is guided by the mentor .The guided sessions may be more guided and guided, with other guides. Sometimes the encounter between the two individuals without a particular problem will be a preventive measure to prevent, problems, especially when the factors supporting their emergence are increased School and vocational guidance (guidance and guidance counselor) is also responsible for the extension process in Algerian schools .It is one of the most important educational processes and the most complex which is based on the effectiveness of educational activities and the motivation of learners that contributes to improving the level of students and the educational feedback of the school. Through his quest to achieve the compatibility between the potential of the individual and his abilities and aspirations and the requirements of the branches of study by helping him to mature his personality and overcome the difficulties encountered by psychological counseling and educational, and the definition of the academic, social, professional or economic skills through various media and exploratory.
In this article, we try to give a general concept of psychological guidance. We will also discuss the concept of psychological counseling, what are its objectives and its importance, in addition to addressing a semi-applied definition of the field of educational guidance. in the Algerian educational system.In short ,this is an attempt to exchange experiences theoretical views and practical knowledge in education
