Indicative process in the light of the theory of 'Albert Ellis' Rational and Emotional Guidance

Abstract

This article aims to highlight the importance of rational and emotional guidance in addressing some of the problems and disorders that affect the individual as result of the adoption of several of the irrational and illogical ideas.

Emotional and rational guidance is the method or theory of Psychological guidance used by professional cognitive and emotional strength to help clients overcome their wrong beliefs and irrational which are accompanied by a disorder of the behavior and character of the individual and replace them with ideas and beliefs more rationally to assist compliance with society, the theme of the article dealing with the practical aspects of the existing extension in accordance with the theory of "Albert Alice," the rational and emotional guidance
