The dynamics of the actors and their relationship to the social responsibility of the research professor in the academic community

Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the dynamism of the actors and their relation with the social responsibility of Professor, researcher in the academic centre of Kasdi Merbah University of Ouargla, particularly the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, so that the research community was limited to its 138 permanent professors. To reveal that relation, the researcher used the descriptive curriculum on a randomly selected sample of (50) 36.23% of the research community, (23) items used for data collection and processing (SPSS). The results showed that there is a high-level relation between the dynamics of the actors together with the social responsibility of the professor of academic science, with an mean average of (44.40) and a hypothetical average of (38) in all fields (group work with a mean average of (16.20) and a hypothetical average of (14). Effective kinetic-force reactions with a mean of (15.88), a hypothetical average of (12), collective dynamism with a mean average of (12.31), and a hypothetical average of (12).)
