The Level of Primary School Headmasters’ Creative Leadership and Time Management

Abstract

This study aims to identify primary school headmasters’ creative leadership and time management levels in M’sila district. The descriptive analytical method was selected for this study. To achieve its objectives, the questionnaire was used as the main data collection tool. A test for time management, which is comprised of 34 items, was constructed, in addition to another test for creative administration involving 31 items. The population of this study is 492 headmasters from which a sample of 197 were selected randomly. Out of the selected sample, a number of 154 of the participants responded with a percentage of 31.30% from the real population. The SPSS is used analyze the data obtained from the samples’ responses. From the analysis of respondents’ scores it was found that:

-The level of primary school headmasters’ creative leadership is high.

-The level of primary school headmasters’ time management is high.

-There is a strong positive correlation between creative administration and time management among primary school headmasters
