Abstract

This article is a presentation of Ibn Sina’s scientific method, therefore, it is included in the framework of methodology, and since science is characterized as being an organized knowledge, it is infact based on a method. Then, all scientific studies are considered as a methodological application, that makes this type of research not a matter of scientist, but rather is a concern of a philosopher. If so, this research methodology is one of the philosophical issues which is knowledge philosophy. This is what is called in modern philosophy the knowledge- theory. This how philosophy becomes a reflection in method and the science is a field of its application.

       These two characters has been lied together in a person of Ibn Sina who was philosopher, and a researcher in medecine who had reflection to apply this scientific method. That what makes him special in his field among all persons Greek scientists and philosophers
