Abstract

The Algerian legislator seeks to   the newly introduced reforms in the electoral and political domain, where the introduction of the independent election authority mechanism falls within this endeavor, as this was done according to the fundamental law 07/19 However, its creation came in exceptional political circumstances that Algeria has known against the backdrop of the political crisis in The country.
