The reality of scientific research in Algerian university laboratories anddevelopment prospects

Abstract

This article deals with the reality of scientific research in Algerian university laboratories, as one of the most important scientific and research structures developed in higher education institution at the global and local level by focusing on its developmental side because the functions of the university differed as it is no longer seen as a scientific institution only, but rather as a scientific research institution concerned with community service this is what led to the establishment for scientific research within institutions of higher education emphasis was placed on the reality of university laboratories, given their importance in the process of knowledge production and discuss the developmental needs of society to achieve advanced levels in the completion of scientific research capable of developing developmental performance.  

The aim of this research is to try to approximate the image of the scientific present in the Algerian university research laboratories, by highlighting the role of these laboratories in the process of cognitive production through the social reality approach, and the problems it contains and trying to provide solutions to them at the same time. This study reached several results, the most important of which is the existence of an unsatisfactory reality for scientific research in research laboratories and community institutions, which led to delays in comprehensive development projects
