Working conditions and their psychological and physical impact on healthcare workers

Abstract

The paper aims to highlight the impact of working conditions on the psychological and physical healthcare workers, by studying the effects of physical factors, psychological and social factors, organizational factors and diagnosing the risks associated with them.To achieve this aim, a questionnaire was prepared and applied to a sample of workers from public and private sector with different qualifications.The results of the study showed that the previous factors had an impact on the physical and psychological health of sample study with varying proportions. The paper concluded, according to previous studies, that the working conditions has a direct impact on the health of the workers.
