Training human resources and their contribution to activating electronic management in the economic institution A field study at Algeria Telecom

Abstract

Training has become one of the most important pillars in the development and rehabilitation of human resources, to carry out all the tasks and work assigned to workers for all public and private institutions and with different production goals, and with the development that has occurred in the field of information and communications technology, where the world is currently experiencing a rapid acceleration in the wheel of technological and technical development. Technology has become an indispensable factor in various types of organizations and institutions where the so-called electronic management has emerged. This research paper came to identify the contribution of human resources training to activating electronic management in a Galleries in Algeria Ouargla
