The level of job performance of civil protection workers in the wilaya of Ouargla Field study in various units

Abstract

The current study aimed to detect the level of job performance of a sample of civil protection workers in state Ouargla represented by (field intervention workers). The research sample consisted of 300 workers in civil protection units in Ouargla (main/ secondary). We have followed in this study the descriptive analytical approach to suit it with the study. Also we used the questionnaire to collect data, and we used the professional performance measure, which was built by examining the studies and the theoretical framework. After statistical analysis using the statistical system (SPSS 25), we reached the results that showed the level of job performance of civil protection workers in units of state Ouargla was high, and there are no differences in the level of job performance according to seniority and age
