Abstract
This study is a theoretical approach, to shed light on the direction of teaching thinking skills, based on the philosophical and scientific roots that examined the possibility of its embodiment, through the educational learning process in formal institutions or outside. Where the researcher investigated the reasons and justifications that encouraged this approach, based on the theories that were established for him, in addition to exposure to the most important programs that used the results of research and studies in its application
