Abstract

We aim through this article to recognize and highlight the role of organizational loyalty, which is an important factor in any organization, as it represents a change of moral action and a moral motivation that motivates employees to improve performance, achieving or feeling of job security, respect, recognition and membership from the perspective of employees as a tool for progress, gaining position in the Organization's peace, and an advocate for the development of performance and the achievement of objectives because they represent their recognition of their services and efforts of the Organization. In order to reach the objectives of the article, we have conducted a theoretical and analytical research.
