Abstract
Since its independence, Algeria had developed a strategy which aims at advancing development, throughout the development of the citizens since the early stager of the citizen's life. In this sense, this research paper aims at shedding light on a very crucial issue related to the education sector in Algeria, which is teaching. The latter intends to transfer knowledge to students and at the same time, reflects the signs of development seen in Algeria; in general, and in Laghouat city in terms of census while highlighting the demographic situation, as well as the educational situation of the time between 2010 and 2019.
