Abstract

The simplets définition for seeking refuge is to take shelter from danger, person or any category. A refugee is that person who demands to stay in other country for a reason beyond his control. This reason may be a political reason or because of the wars in his home, or because of the racial discrimination etc. This endanger his life if he continued to live in that country. So, he demands the refuge to another country seeking for the security and the safety for himself or his family. The refuge has several types, notably the humanitarian refuge as it has acquired great importance in the modern age. Because some regions of the world are in wars and racial conflicts. This leads the minority to escape from their homes seeking for safety and security. Based on the foregoing, we ask the following questions: What is the refuge? What are the manifestations of its development? What are its causes and kinds?
