The family rôles of Algérien Tires in the light of some personal and Professional variables

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the ability level of tires employed by Sonalgaz Oran to perform their family roles,based on personal and organizational variables.The descriptive and analytical methods are used with a sample of (250) married tires whom chosen randomly. After processing the data using SPSS version 22, the results were:

The tires employees of Sonelgaz have a high ability to perform their family roles.

Lack of statistically significant differences in the ability to play family roles of employees working in Sonelgaz Company according to age, children number, and shift system.

The existence of statistically significant differences in the ability to play family roles of tires employees working in Sonelgaz Company depending on the nature of housing.
