Abstract
In this study, we measured individual differences in the level of internal mental visual imagery and the level of mental images control among soccer players; we considered two age groups (U13 and U19) to which we applied the Renner Martins scale to measure the level of mental imagery. Results indicated statistically significant differences between the U13 and the U19 in the level of internal mental visual imagery and the level mental image control, in favor of the U19. The age factor plays a prominent role in the existence of such mental skills among athletes
