Abstract
The constant development of information and communication technologies is imposing more and more new conceptions of the library professions.
Learning to learn, to train, to make sure to update the knowledge of the different personnel categories, to adapt to the evolution in order to adjust or to develop skills is becoming a necessity, more than ever, unavoidable for any company among others the library. It is in this perspective that this article discusses the essential elements that can help to ensure the performance of librarians and the sustainability of their undertaking enterprise.
