Abstract

One of the most important to raise the level of organizational performance and the development of organizations and achieve the satisfaction of their employees, is to activate the informal role outside the official job description, which is the product of the behavior of organizational citizenship, where this study to address the most important values of the behavior of organizational citizenship of the university professor, and how to develop it to overcome all obstacles, and the challenges affecting it as the focus of the educational process and the basis for the success of its outputs, through the submission of proposals for activation because of the positive impact on the behavior of the university professor in the work environment.
