Abstract

The papers of this article attempt to shed light one of the modern aspects of the housing crisis in Algeria, namely, the process of distributing public rental housing, which is today one of the most important problems that disturb the administrators of the local affairs in different Algerian cities after it has changed from a Technical issue, based on study and arrangement. the files of candidates according to specific criteria, to the crisis of a very complex Sociological Implications, for the resulting events of violence and riots affecting public and private property, and cause the disruption of the normal daily public life due to the refusal of the population concerned to the results of the declared distribution and questioned in the eligibility of many of the names listed in the lists of beneficiaries. which is a reason for us to eugage in the search in this problem in order to discover the factors that feed this crisis and the various innovations resulting from it after that
