Social skills and their relationship to job satisfaction among nurses in the health sector (A field study in health sector institutions of Touggourt city)

Abstract
The current study aims to try to discover the relationship between social skills and job satisfaction among a sample of health sector nurses in the city of Touggourt in the light of the variables of sex and seniority. This study included 50 nurses as a sample, and used the descriptive approach based on two standards: social skills and job satisfaction. After the data had been processed by using SPSS program, the research findings showed that there is a correlation between social skills and job satisfaction in the study sample, and that there are no statistically significant differences in job satisfaction assigned to both sex and seniority
