Abstract

This current study aims to raise the role of the effectiveness of coping strategies in professional situations. For this purpose respondents were trained on certain cognitive methods such as: cognitive reconstruction, and problem solving.

This study is divided into two sections: the theoretical section which encompasses the problem and the hypotheses. In the practical section we have the research methodology, the sample, the research tools, and the coping strategies used to train the respondents to the professional environment. End of the research results with a general conclusion
