This study sheds light on the personality of the Sheikh Taher Algerian, may ALLAH have mercy on him, through the definition of aspects of his life and scientific reform, and how he contributed to the social mobility of the Levant in the nineteenth century and the beginning of the twentieth century, and in this context, It was necessary to talk about the most important works, functions and relationships that characterized his activity ,may ALLAH have mercy on his soul
