Abstract

This study is about the relationship between personality traits and emotional intelligence in a sample of 300 nurses working in health establishments in Oran, we used the inventory of personality traits big five model and the inventory emotional intelligence the mixed model, the validity of the two tests is confirmed by exploratory factor analysis, the results revealed the existence of differences in personality traits and levels of dimensions of emotional intelligence among nurses also correlation between personality traits and emotional intelligence
