Abstract

Higher Education in the era of knowledge revolution faces different challenges as a result of the tremendous achievements in the field of information and communication technologies that have led to the erosion of the border between the countries and to a further change in the composition and methods of knowledge acquisition and transfer. Therefore requires public education and higher education institutions and private should play a leading role in the area to benefit from the advantages and potential of new technologies.

In this article we will focus on an effective means and modern can help the development of higher education, namely, e-learning, which is the latter of the most modern methods used in the field of education, but its use is still in its infancy in our university, given what we are witnessing at the moment of some experiments in this regard, though the level of these tests vary in their degree of application and the participation of actors at the instruction of the educational process and the availability of its own means
