Abstract

The twentieth century has witnessed remarkable technical development in many fields, most notably digital development and modern communications technologies. In light of this, the organizations had to take advantage of this technology in all its activities,and as each new aim of change we wanted to monitor the implications of the application of electronic management techniques, and this by asking the following question: what are implications of application of E-management on the relationship between individuals in the work environment?
