The social impact of sport on employees of economic entreprise

Abstract

The research aims to study the social interaction of individuals in the economic entreprise under the light of sport practice. We have tried to know the role of the sport groups activities for ameliorating the social relationships among the individuals. The results that we have reached are:        

-The practice of sport in the economic entreprise has a positive role for ameliorating social relationships between its members.

-The collective sport has an important effect in the cohesion of the group in the economic entreprise.

-The sport coach contributes in the cohesion of the sport group in the economic society
