Abstract

Our society is suffering from a traffic crisis that has painful events associated with it in Algeria. This crisis is exacerbated in the big cities, but it is not limited only there. It is known from the spread and expansion that it extends outwards. The crisis touch also rural centers, and in both centers the human factor has never disappeared, as its role increases due to ignorance of the traffic law or the ruthlessness of driving or driving nonsense, or only that which comes back to the will of man, whether he is a driver or a walker.

Civil society associations are an effective mechanism not only to prepare educational strategies for traffic, but to work on their theoretical achievement and to establish their empirical skills in accordance with the possible direct tactics that are closest to the investigation and thus ensure their results in accordance with the desired social objectives in any traffic culture.

The aim of this paper is to provide community activities and the programs of some associations in the design of programs and planning mechanisms to achieve the objectives of the required traffic culture, all of which are components of a strategy that is supposed to be integrated and continuous and open to the relevant scientific production and the excretions of the traffic field in the society with its pros and cons And its successes with its effects and gains combined by one comprehensive goal is to achieve a culture of traffic safety reflected on the individual and society now and in the future
