Abstract

The aim of this paper to slow case the circonstances of the Evian treaty between the algerian provisional government and french government on march 18th 1962, and to show the impact of these treaties on the commun relationship between algeria an France ( the two countries) that remain unsolved thil now.

This paper will be based on the algerian negociators role and efforts from the begining of the negociations until the concretization of the independance day of the country
