Abstract

This study aims to measure quality of life at work of the level of Medical staff Professional rehabilitation service in University Hospital of Oran Through its dimensions (Physical working conditions, Moral working conditions, Function characteristics, Working Group, Wages and Rewards , President's style of supervision, Participation in decision-making). And looking for differences between personal and professional variables.

To test the hypotheses, a sample of 38 people was randomly selected, And information was collected across Michigan to measure quality of life at work Consisting of six main dimensions mentioned above And this after ascertaining its psychometric characteristics, validity,reliability.

After the data was decompressed and analyzed using the SPSS statistical package, the following results were obtained:

  • The quality of life at work is provided to a medium degree.
  • The absence of statistically significant differences in the level of the general indicator and the dimensions of quality of life at work by sex, social status and seniority.
  • There are no statistically significant differences in the level of the general indicator of quality of life at work due to the professional category variable, But there are differences in the level of salaries and bonuses and the style of supervision of the president according to the variable of the professional category.
