Abstract

This study seeks to know the level of the Perceived Organizational Support by workes of Civil Protection – and to determine the difference in the level of Organizational Support in the Sample . according to the personal organizational variables : " The duration of the experience , the age and nature of the activity ", in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the study sample was randomly selected , which included , 129 workers The questionnaire was followed by The Organizational Support – and its characteristics recognized Organizational Support – That there was no difference in the level of the Perceived Organizational Support
