Abstract

The need to provide psychological care has become the work of many societies that are undergoing social, cultural, economic and technological changes ... which has led to the recruitment of a number of psychologists in specialized centers (clinics, hospitals, youth homes) to provide psychological services to individuals in need To ensure and follow-up treatment to alleviate the pressures and psychological pain and membership that suffer from them, it became natural to come to the psychological specialist numbers of individuals who request these services in order to achieve mental health and physical self.

Among the cases that require psychological intervention patients with chronic diseases and serious, which are widely known at various levels.

Therefore, the current study attempts to identify mainly the reality of psychological care of patients with chronic and serious diseases in the city of Ouargla and the role of psychologist, as well as identify the most important obstacles encountered in the course of doing work, as well as study differences in psychological care according to professional experience.
