Abstract

The Elite, the intellectuals, the top, the erudite, the intelligentsia are widely used concepts either by people or by the different means of media. In a world that is witnessing a rapid change, those concepts are so entangled with each other that one cannot differentiate between them. So, this article will tackle this concept and trace its development in many different ideological schools. It will also investigate the role of this class in our societies through displaying some problematics and subjects related to the elite
