Abstract

The present study aimed to estimate the level of organizational commitment of a sample of workers in hydrocarbon workers sector in Ouargla, region consisting of 612 workers. To obtain the data necessary for the preparation of the study, we used a questionnaire designed to measure the level of organizational commitment of workers level questionnaire, containing four dimensions : pride in the organization, staying the organization and the match the goals and values, and then make the extra effort

After has been applied to a sample of workers and workers hydrocarbon sector area of ​​Ouargla, the study found the most important results that the organizational commitment to workers hydrocarbon sector area Ouargla low level, as there are significant differences between workers in the level of their commitment to organizational differences due to the different age and experience. For the benefit of older workers, most experienced, and through the above-mentioned results, the researcher suggested holding training courses for workers, supervisors and introduce them to the importance of organizational commitment and the factors that contribute to the formation and development and implanting and the resulting benefits for them and their institutions.
