Attraction and retention of volunteers is a sources of perpetual challenge for civil society organizations (CSO’S), those organizations aim to rich the potential volunteers with the right message so they could convince them to volunteer, and then try to provide the right elements that motivate the volunteers to keep working for the organization. In this perspective scholars provides us with many models, and one of the most used one is the marketing model. Marketing has been wildly used by CSO’S in many field like social advertisement and resource collecting , in this perspective our study turns around the use of social marketing in the attraction and retention of volunteers in Algerian CSO’S, through the case study of the association kafilelyatime, which represent a model of success among Algerian CSO’S in this filed

Through our study we managed to identify some managerial practices in the study field that constitute the core of marketing strategies in the attraction and retention of volunteers, thus practices are divided into two parts, the first part focus on the attraction of volunteers by a clear marketing positioning of the organization, that enable the targeting of a well identified market segment, with the right message, and a job description that focus on the needs and motivations of volunteers. And has a second part, the retentions of volunteers using motivation techniques like training and promoting volunteers, to renewal the volunteers motivation and strengthening their loyalty

Algerian citizen, from social to political alienation Abstract: We will try through this article to give an opposite reading to what we are used to analyse when we constantly talk about the impact of politics in society. However, this time we will talk about the influence of the social phenomenon in politics by studying certain social phenomena which contributed to consecrate political alienation phenomenon in the Algerian society. We don’t think that there is a need to prove the strong presence of political alienation phenomenon of the Algerian citizen while the Algerian authorities recognizing his political independence. We have, however, tried to link political to social alienation that the Algerian citizen suffer from, owing to social realities which he experienced during the colonial time and after independence. That period witnessed many crisis, conflicts and lost opportunities to build strong institutions capable of supporting the establishment of modern state. Needless to say that man is the result of his environment, perceptions and values he holds about things, and that interactions are only a result of the accumulation of experiences he has lived. So it is not possible to jump on the social phenomenon to explain the political phenomenon because it can, at any time become a necessary point to address political space’s imbalances

Advertising is not simply a commercial activity aimed to promote a product or service, but it is an attractive socio-economic communication space based on beliefs and representations. It is a creation closely linked to the cultural identities and social practices of a given community. The present contribution aims to show that the advertising discourse is not only an argumentative process conditioned by the value system of a culture, but it presents itself as one of the moderating forces that gradually and unconsciously manipulate the public's view of the world by tacitly imposing new representations.

Asma AMARNI

https://journals.univ-ouargla.dz/index.php/BSSH/article/view/4876

Said Bououne

https://journals.univ-ouargla.dz/index.php/BSSH/article/view/4878

This article attempts to clarify the relationship between critical thinking and critical reading and its impact on teaching a written material in the literature class. Moreover, this interplay permits EFL teachers to be cognizant of the criteria of selecting the reading material that fits the students’ needs and interests. More importantly, this paper aims to bridge the gap between critical thinking and critical readings in terms of the ability to analyze, evaluate and read between lines. This implies to state that critical reading is a very important skill in the teaching of literary texts in a joyful atmosphere
Samira Sayah Lembarek

https://journals.univ-ouargla.dz/index.php/BSSH/article/view/4879

Kierkegaard's thought is devoted to radically thinking about the concept of existence. For Kierkegaard, to exist always comes down to being in aesthetics, ethics, or religion. To each of these spheres corresponds a particular intuition of time and a proper way of giving meaning to existence. Unlike the man of ethics who lives in harmony with time, the aesthetic man and the religious man, on the other hand, seek to break with time
Souhil SAYOUD

https://journals.univ-ouargla.dz/index.php/BSSH/article/view/4881

OUDJEDI DAMERDJI Mohammed Soufyane

https://journals.univ-ouargla.dz/index.php/BSSH/article/view/4883

As a reader of literary discourse, one endeavours to explore and understand the similarities with and differences from the other in that literary discourse is laden with the authors’ and characters’/speakers’ experiences. Readers allow themselves either a centripetal or a centrifugal reading with reference to their implication in the text and to their different backgrounds. As a result, this view created binary oppositions such as the self versus the other, male versus female and oppressor versus oppressed. Therefore, the study of literary discourse should attempt to generate a horizontal account for human relationships beyond any vertical social, cultural, racial, sexual and even ideological considerations
Khaoula HAKKOUMMohammed Seghir HALIMI
