The average family size has witnessed a significant decrease in Algeria, after it was about 5.92 members in family in 1966; it has increased to 7.1 members in a family in 1987, then it decreased again to reach 5.4 members in a family in 2012.

Theinfant mortality rates have witnessed constant decline during the same period and after it was about 149.4 ‰ in 1966 it decreased to 22.6 ‰ in 2012.

Constructing a standardized scale of social intelligence for third year of middle school students

This study aimed to constructing a social intelligence scale based on the skills of social intelligence for middle school students. The scale consisted of four axes identified by H.Gaerdenr as social intelligence skills, they are: (group leadership, communication and social interaction, problem solving, social analysis). The sample consisted of students from the third year of middle school in Bousaada city, wilaya of M’sila, which is numbered of (268) male and female students. The measures of constructing scale included (determining axes scale, determining method of drafting scale’s phrases, drafting the paragraphs of each axis in its primary form). after calculating the psychometric properties of the instrument, which included validity and measurement, The researchers found the tool is valid and reliable, and they confirm the effectiveness of the social intelligence scale

La présente étude met en place la gestion cognitive du handicap mental, en étudiant la relation entre la mémoire de travail et le récit oral chez les enfants trisomique atteints d’un léger retard mental, en révélant les caractéristiques cognitives de la mémoire de travail pour cette catégorie. Pour atteindre les objectifs de l'étude, l'approche clinique a été adoptée en utilisant l’ étude de cas, où le groupe d'étude était composé de trois (03) cas (2 garcons,1fille) agees de 12 ans , sélectionnés au hasard scolarisés au centre psychopédagogique pour handicapes mentaux, a la ville de Ouargla.

Afin de déterminer le niveau de développement mental, l'étude a utilisé le test de l’intelligence de wechesler II révisé, puis a présenté au groupe d'étude des images en série qui représentent une petite histoire. Les résultats de l'étude ont révélé que le récit oral d'un enfant trisomique avec un retard mental léger est affecté les cas ont pu venir dans leur récit par le trouble de la mémoire de travail, et que les importants événements de l’histoire, tandis que la séquence logique des événements n’apparaissait pas dans les récits oraux de tous les cas

This study aims to analyze some African models that succeeded in getting their countries out of the political crisis that is ravaging them, and adopted to consolidate its model of national reconciliation on the mechanism of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, and the question here is whether this mechanism can bring these countries to the stage of consolidating national reconciliation.

This study is based on a comparative approach to highlighting the ability of a key variable in two different African countries to do the same if favorable conditions exist. The reality of the formation of the secondary education teacher To work in the frame of the educational reform ( A field study in a number of secondary schools in Oran)

This study aims to search in the subject of the formation of the secondary educational teachers in Arabic and mathematics , to do their educational tasks in the frame of educational reforms who was started in secondary educational stage in the 2005-2006 school season , two years after the start of the reform of educational system in Algeria in the 2003-2004 school season ,to work with the method of competency approach as new method of teach ,and the appropriate assessment methods for that , and its application in the classroom with the second year secondary school pupils ,and to know the level of theoretical and practical formation who reached since the beginning of these reforms and the degree to which they are able to use this method ,and the evaluation methods that are related to it . So we collected the opinions and responses of teachers about their benefit from training to do their educational tasks according to educational reforms , we used questionnaire to collect data and investigative study to achieve the goals . the study found that 40% of teachers need to be fully trained in this method , and the rest need to complete their training because they have not yet been able to work with it ,and because of their shortcomings at the theoretical and practical and methodological level

The impact of mental handicap on other family members (siblings).

The life experiences drawn from the interactions between the child and his brothers / sisters play an essential role in the formation of his personality and the construction of his identity; because they share several points and differentiate themselves in many others.

The main hypothesis assumes that the presence of a mentally handicapped child has effects and can produce disorders in his siblings.

And the following two secondary hypotheses:

The presence of a mentally handicapped child leads to the appearance of disorders in cognitive knowledge and academic disorders in siblings.

The presence of a mentally handicapped child leads to social and relational disorders in siblings.

In order to study this, we took eight (08) families of mentally handicapped children admitted to the psycho pedagogical center for mentally handicapped children of Mostaganem, each family includes a group of 4 children maximum. The age of the cases studied ranges from 8 years to adulthood. We chose the clinical method, based on the case study, the FAT with parents and children, drawing of the family, observation and interview with parents and siblings.

Our results are varied and show positive and other negative repercussions

Assessing the Impact of an emotional intelligence training prevention program for developing emotional awareness skills among divorced families children

The purpose of this study is to determine if the children of divorced families who participated in the emotional intelligence preventive training program show development in the emotions awareness skills; study sample consisted 20 children from divorced families (8 to 10) years in primary schools for the city of Ouargla, They have been division to experimental and a control groups, The instruments were emotional intelligence questionnaire (TEIQue-CSF) after its development to used in the Algerian environment and the emotional intelligence preventive training program, the experimental group participated in a 33 stand training during 15 Week, Assessment the impact of the program on the development of emotions awareness skills it was done by pre-test and post-test immediately and by one month after the end of the program, The data were analysed by mean, standard deviation, independent sample t-test and paired sample t-test, after the intervention the emotions awareness mean scores of the group experimental was higher than the control group in the post-test with a statistical significance (0.01 = α), the mean scores of the experimental group in the post-test higher than the mean scores of pre-test which is statistically significant (0.01 = α). Results were discussed and put some theoretical concepts that will improve the psychological well-being of the children of divorced families.

Historic Preparatory Education in Algeria

The purpose of this study is to reveal the history of preparatory education in Algeria. Indeed, education in Algeria has gone through different historical stages, the most important of which are probably before, during and after colonization. Also, Algeria after independence cancelled the cycle of preparatory education which was designed for children of colonizers and their followers during colonization on the grounds that they were few and could not assimilate a large number of children at that time. With time and after major transformations, Algeria has taken over the preparatory education cycle in its latest reforms of the education system by integrating preparatory education into the primary education cycle. This is the reason why I have started the subject in this research work and the identification of preparatory education in Algeria, in a historical study

The study aimed to identify the nature of the use of modern physical and mathematics teachers for modern teaching methods in the light of gender variables, experience, and educational qualification, where a random sample was chosen in a class manner consisting of (114) professors (in) secondary schools in the governorate of Ouargla during (2018-2019) For the purpose of achieving the goals of the study, the descriptive approach was adopted to suit the nature of the study by designing a questionnaire to collect data, it was divided into three axes, validation and validity indications were verified, and after the researchers fulfilled that the process of collecting and unloading data, deliberately analyzed and discussed the results of the hypotheses Bast Khaddam appropriate statistical methods, which showed the results as follows:

- There is an average degree in the use of physical and mathematics teachers for modern teaching methods at the secondary level, with a total average score of (2.92).

- There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 α ≤) in the degree of physical education and sports professors' use of modern teaching methods in the secondary stage according to the variable of experience

- There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 α ≤) in the degree of physical education and sports teachers' use of modern teaching methods at the secondary level according to the variable of educational qualification

Cultural Awareness Exploration: EFL First Year Learners’ Stature in Unison with the EFL Cultural Curriculum at Setif2 University

The current research investigates the cultural awareness of EFL Learners at Mohamed Lamine Debagine, Setif2 University. The research is exploratory in that a questionnaire was designed to 195 first year EFL students at Setif2 University. The data portrayed that most of the students show considerable motivation and positive attitudes towards the inclusion of culture in the realm of learning. Besides, most of them get involved with big "C" cultural knowledge in their learning processions. However, they express feeble cultural knowledge affiliated to small "c" culture. In addition to that, the majority of them reveal limited interactivities with people of the target culture and thus they confront challenges in communicating culturally with others of various cultures. Moreover, most of them are not sure of their acceptance, tolerance and empathy towards the target culture

The using of generative algorithm aided design tool (Rhinoceros/Grasshopper/Ladybug) to control solar access in urban street of hot-arid climate (Ouargla)

Solar control is a major factor for thermal conditions in built forms. The intention of this study is to develop a parametric approach of generative algorithm aided design (Rhinoceros-Grasshopper-Ladybug) that examines and evaluates the effect of street geometry on solar radiation on ground surface of urban street. In order to achieve this aim a model of contemporary urban street will be analyzed. The investigation was conducted during summer period (21 Juin-21^st September) in city of Ouargla (Algeria) characterized by hot dry climate. The results reveal that a number of useful relationships can be developed between the geometrical parameters of urban street dimensions, and solar radiation on ground surfaces of urban street
