Work ethic and its importance in the development of organizational citizenship behavior among workers in Mobilis enterprise unit Ouargla

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the importance of work ethics commitment on organizational
citizenship behaviors development as one of the most important factors to improving performance of both
worker and enterprise. To know this theoretically and fieldly. We conducted a study on a sample of workers
in Mobilis enterprise unit Ouargla, according to interview with some human resource managers and
questionnaire, its statistical processing through Excel and SPSS.V 19.
The most important results of this study were existence of work ethics and organizational citizenship
behaviors to high degree among the sample. The level of the impact of work ethics on organizational
citizenship behaviors in Mobilis enterprise was very weak
