The relationship between the perception of ethical leadership and the employees counterproductive behavior at work

Abstract

The aims of this work try to examine employee attitudes and behavior repercussions sensing on ethical leadership of their direct managers. The studies is focused on a sample of 465 employee segmented on four (4) Algerian firms over tow (02) regions (Mascara & Bejaia). Results give negative influence correlation between the two variables
