Abstract
The aims of this work try to examine employee attitudes and behavior repercussions sensing on ethical leadership of their direct managers. The studies is focused on a sample of 465 employee segmented on four (4) Algerian firms over tow (02) regions (Mascara & Bejaia). Results give negative influence correlation between the two variables
