Abstract
The rapid technological progress, nowadays, has contributed to the development of sophisticated equipment. This fact has urged to wide range of importance given to maintenance as strategic component in the enterprise. Thus enterprises feel necessity of adopting planned maintenance policy to be achieved according to agreed stands. In this research, we tend to expose a set of quantitative methods adopted in maintenance task scheduling and functioning in the company of MANTAL. We have applied a critical path method multi-criteria for maintenance planning work. Research has shown the importance of such process in reducing downtime of equipment, the fact that contributes to productive process performance
