Balanced Scorecard as an input to evaluate the performance of the Algerian banks Taken under the model of Universal Banking

Abstract

The global banking market has evolved rapidly in recent years due to the growth of financial globalization, this put the banks against issues and challenges which they have to face. Therefore, banks have developed specific strategies including the transition to universal banks offer all financial services (banking and non-banking), and among these banks, Algerian banks. The main objective of this thesis is the study of the contributions of universal banking to the development of the performance of national banks using balanced scorecard
