The Impacts Of Leadership Styles On Functional Performance Applied Study On Djedii Mills Firm In Touggourt Wilaya Of Ouargla

Abstract

The study aimed to revealing the effects of leadership styles on functional performance on Djedii mills firm in Touggourt ; in addition to investigating the significant statistical differences employee’s perspective to administrative leadership styles and functional performance level due to sex, age, education, experience and functional position. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (33) paragraphs to gather the primary information from study sample. The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) program was used to analyze and examine the  hypotheses. The study sample consists of (84) employees. The study used many statistical methods. After executing the analysis to study hypotheses ; the study concluded that :

- There is a significant statistical impact of Transformational Leadership and Transactional Leadership on functional performance at level (0.05).

- There is no significant statistical impact of Laissez-Faire Leadership style on functional performance at level (0.05).

- There are significant statistical differences in sample study to administrative leadership styles and functional performance level due to sex, age, education, experience and functional position. at level(0.05)
