The impact of banking sector indicators on the value added of the industrial sector in Algeria

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the reality of the banking and industrial sectors in Algeria, as well as the standard modeling of the impact of the banking sector indicators on the growth of the value added of the industrial sector in the same country during the period 1992-
2017. In order to address the problem of the subject and to test its hypotheses, The study concluded that there is a long-term balance between the added value of the industrial sector and the most important indicators of the banking sector. It is possible to say that, despite the positive impact of the indicators of the banking sector on industrial added value, this effect remains small, and requires the good and efficient management of this sector to avoid financial crises.
