Administrative empowerment as an entry point to enhance organizational loyalty to employees

Abstract
This study aimed to showing the role of the dimensions of administrative empowerment
represented in: (delegation of authority, information sharing, teamwork, motivation) in enhancing
the organizational loyalty of the staff of the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management
Sciences, University of Chlef, where we distributed 45 questionnaires and 33 forms were possible

The study concluded that the level of awareness of the studied sample of the dimensions of
administrative empowerment was high, while the percentage of their awareness of the dimensions
of organizational loyalty was moderate, as we found through our study that administrative
empowerment contributes by 36% in enhancing the organizational loyalty of employees towards
their college
