Mathematical Modeling of Economic Phenomena
The Relationship Between the Stock Market and Money Supply as a Model
Abstract
This study aims to highlight the role of mathematical modeling for
variouseconomicphenomena in helping to give an accurate description of these phenomena and a
more accurate definition of the problem to bestudied, The mathematical description is a set of
methods, formulas, equations and models that help to solve problems on a rational basis.
Some have defined it as those mathematical or quantitative frameworks through which all the
vocabulary of the problem is absorbed and expressed based on mathematical relations as a first step
towards treating and solving it.
This study also aims to define economic models and know the field applications of the search
process for the relationship between the stock market and the money supply, in the sense of
measuring its mathematical or quantitative framework, so that we can remove extraneous
information and limit the useful estimates of the main relationships, and in this way it is possible to
understand the relationships in question more and try to understand the whole economic process.
