Abstract

The study aims to identify the impact of human ressources re-engineering with its
dimensions (the human dimension, the technological dimension, the organizational dimension) in
improving the quality of service among the employees of the commercial agencies of the Mobilis
Corporation (Ouargla - Tougourt - Ghardaia). As a main tool for data collection, it was distributed
to 40 employees in the commercial agencies of Mobilis Company. Data analysis and hypothesis
testing were performed using the statistical package for social sciences Spss v26 and Smart pls v4.
The study concluded that the re-engineering of human resources has an impact on improving the
quality of service for the commercial agencies of Mobilis Corporation (Ouargla-Tougourt-
Ghardaia).
