Abstract

This study aims to know the impact of electronic management on the institutional
performance of the Algerian Telecom Corporation in Ouargla, where the researchers relied on the
descriptive analytical approach, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was
designed and distributed to a random A sample of 100 employees, the data was analyzed using the
statistical program for social sciences SPSS, and the study concluded There is a statistically
significant effect of electronic management on institutional performance, and there are no
statistically significant differences between the averages of employees' perception of Institutional
performance according to demographic variables (gender, age, educational level, seniority at
work). In the light of these results, the study recommended the necessity of using advanced
technology with the provision of internal and external communication networks, and attracting
competencies and qualified skills to apply electronic management while paying attention to the
customer and fulfilling his desires.
