The Impact of Organizational Culture on the Efficiency of Human Resources
A Case Study of the Faculty of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences at Mohammed Seddiq Benyahya Jijel University
Abstract
The objective of this study is to highlight the impact of organizational culture in human
resource efficiency for the teachers of the faculty of Economic and Business sciences and
management sciences in the University of Jijel. From aspects of organizational culture (the culture
of directing human resources, job culture, culture of participation, culture of continual
learning.) .Moreover, a questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data on the study variables;
it was distributed to an intentional sample, which consists of 75 permanent teachers out of 130
teachers who represent the study's society. Whereas, the statistic program of social sciences (SPSS)
was used for analyzing the answers of the sample's members, and to test the hypotheses of the
study. The results of this study showed that there is a positive impact of organizational culture on
human resource efficiency. This impact refers to the impact of the one aspect: the culture of
directing human resources.
