The Effect of Promotion On Improving Job Satisfaction
Case Study of the Center for Nuclear Research (CRNA) in Algiers
Abstract
This study aimed to identify the reality of promotion and its impact on job satisfaction at
the Nuclear Research Center in Algiers, and for that, the researchers selected a random sample of
60 workers from the study population, represented in the category of employees in the center,
where a questionnaire was distributed to them that included (18) items. After collecting it, it was
processed using the statistical program (SPSS). ). The researchers relied on the analytical
descriptive approach in testing its hypotheses, and we reached a set of field conclusions, in order to
present a set of proposals to guide them in their attempt to gain employee satisfaction in the center
through improving and developing the system of incentives and promotions, taking into account
the competencies and capabilities of the employees
