The Role of the Organizational Climate of Vocational Training in Enhancing the Dimensions of Entrepreneurial Orientation Among Youth: A Perspective From a Sample of Trainees
Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the level of entrepreneurial orientation among
vocational training youth and to identify the dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation that are most
affected by the prevailing organizational climate in vocational training institutions; The problem of
this study revolves around the extent to which the organizational climate of vocational training
affects the dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation among youth. The study used a descriptive
methodology and was conducted in the field on a sample of 70 trainees who were about to graduate
from vocational training centers in the municipality of Bonoura. A questionnaire was distributed to
collect the data, which was then statistically analyzed using SPSS software. The results of the study
showed a positive influence of the organizational climate of vocational training on all dimensions
of entrepreneurial orientation (risk-taking, proactivity, innovativeness, autonomy, and competitive
aggressiveness). As a result, several proposals were suggested, such as encouraging the
organizational climate related to productive training and dealing with state institutions such as
hospitals by tailoring gowns, which are important in creating relationships with stakeholders,
paving the way for trainees to establish a business and contract with them; The study also
highlighted the importance of strengthening research in the field of entrepreneurial education
within the organizational climate, especially in the vocational training system..
