Organizational Development Requirements in Light of Algerian Environmental Changes
Case Study of the Sonelgaz Company, the Agency of Biskra
Abstract
The current study came to identify the nature of the areas of organizational development
from the point of view of the employees of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company in Biskra.
To answer the study questions, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method. As for the
study population, it consisted of employees of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company, who
numbered 702 individuals, and the study sample amounted to 122 individuals, which represents
17.37% of the original community. 38) paragraph distributed among organizational development,
The researchers presented the questionnaire to 12 arbitrators. The researcher also analyzed the
responses of the sample paragraphs using the statistical packages method for social studies (spss).
The study reached the following results:
- The level of organizational development is average from the point of view of the employees of
the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company in Biskra.
- The level of organizational development areas (strategies and objectives, legislation, laws and
regulations, organizational structure, work methods and procedures, technology and technology
used, human resource development) is medium from the point of view of employees of the
Electricity and Gas Distribution Company in Biskra.
